Online Entry Instructions

Welcome to the Wharton County Youth Fair (WCYF) Online registration Site!

Please complete all required information during the registration process.

Your online registration and payment must be submitted through this website by the posted deadline.

Entries submitted after the deadline must be completed in the WCYF office.

During the registration process, you will be prompted to electronically sign and submit a W-9 form and any required registration paperwork, if applicable.

All exhibitors are required to upload a signed Release of Liability form. Please download the form from www.whartoncountyyouthfair.org/p/exhibitors, sign, save to your device, and upload completed form.
